Payments can sent to info@lulabells.co.uk and will appear on your bank information as LULABELLS/LULABELLSONLINE. If sending a payment please add your order requirments to the "message to seller"
Payments can be made with a debit or credit card over the telephone please text payment to 07720952222 with your name and telephone number and one of our customer service team will call you back to take payment via a secure service. LULABELLS LTD will appear on your card statement.
As with all purchases you are covered by the distence selling regulations.
All items (bar wall murals) are hand made to order. We aim to deliver your item within 7-14 days of your item being placed. All items are sent via 2nd class recorded delivery. Delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses. If you wish your item to be sent via a recorded means or by courier please let us know when ordering so we can bill you accordingly for this serive.
You will receive a confirmation email when you item has been dispatched and if applicable the tracking number.
