Returns & Cancellations
 
You have 7 days to cancel an order from the payment date to receive your refund in full via the same means you paid for your order. 
All cancellations after this date will be classed as a return as many orderd are shipped after 7 days.  Please contact us on info@lulabells.co.uk where we can advise on the status of your order and issue refunds if items have not been posted.  Any items that have been shipped we will issue refunds to you on receipt of the returned goods.
 
We at Lulabells want you to be pleased with your order, so much so that we offer a no fuss returns policy and returns are free of charge.
 
If for any reason you are not completely happy you are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 7 working days after the day you receive the item.
 
Please contact us prior to returning an item.  No refund will be given until the goods are received at our returns department.  As we cover return postage fees these should be sent via 2nd class post, if you wish to send your item recorded we will not cover these fees, nor are we held responsible for any loss  or damage to your parcel on the way back to us
